Cancellation Policy

Registration Policies

Classes must be paid in full to the class instructor in order for you to be confirmed. There is no guarantee that space will be available if you have only expressed an interest but not paid for the class.

If you need to cancel, you must do so 7 days before the start of your class. Otherwise, you loose the entire amount you paid.

There is a 100% charge for NO SHOW. If a student misses a class, payment cannot be forwarded to another date. Students who wish, may re-register and pay the full amount of the class.

Class Policies

Please try to be on time. The class lecture begins promptly. If you come late we will not go back over the information you missed.

Please put your cell phone on mute and turn off your MP3 Player/IPODs. If you need to take a call, please excuse yourself to leave the class.

Under no circumstances: there are no make-ups nor can we move you to another class or catch you up during class time. This is not fair to the students who are attending your class or to the teacher.

Each teacher works as an independent contractor. That means that they have their own approach to teaching. We ask that teachers make themselves available to students between classes but it is up to the individual teacher how they wish to handle this. Please find out from your instructor if they are open to taking phone calls or emails from students between classes.
